Shelter
Le Parados is a shelter dedicated to women victims of violence and their children. With its 8 private rooms, the Parados is a safe refuge with staff present at all times.
We welcome women, with or without children, of all ages, in a caring environment, ready to support them towards rebuilding their lives and their autonomy.
Our shelter meets the women's specific needs y offering them and their children support from a team of workers specialized in domestic violence.
Our accommodation includes:
A warm welcome from one of our staff at any hour of the day or night,
A private room for each family,
A shared kitchen that encourages interaction among the women,
An initial meeting with a staff member to assess the needs of the women for the duration of their stay,
Weekly one-on-one meetings with a staff member to empower the guest and help them regain control of their life,
Group meetings, workshops, moments that promote mutual support among the
women,
Accompaniement with any legal procedures
Youth follow-ups for the children staying with us (with the consent of the present parent).
