External services Help line Shelter External services Awareness Le Parados offers external services, to women and children who have left our shelter or who never required shelter. personnalised support and accompanement are offered based on each individuals needs. This service is available monday to friday. Follow-up for women Follow-up for young people For women Le Parados offers external services to women wo have been a victim of violence. No matter the form of violence experienced, Le Parados supports women in facing the challenges they encounter. ​ External service are available to women who have left Le Parados as well as to those who do not wish to benefit from a stay in our shelter . ​ External follow-up for women includes: Personalized meetings that are adapted to your needs and availability. Accompanied by a counselor, you will have the opportunity to better understand what you are living and your feelings about your relationship Parados adopts an intersectional feminist intervention approach. We are convinced that various forms of discrimination intersect and overlap, thus creating unique and often complex experiences for individuals facing multiple forms of discrimination simultaneously. To request external services for women For young people Children, even though they are directly exposed to the dynamics of domestic violence within the family, the are often overlocked or forgotten. ​ Parados is sensitive to the experiences of these children and the consequences they may face. The Specialized Youth Intervention Program in Domestic Violence aims to better support children aged 5 to 17 in their respective challenges by offering them a voice and a safe space to express themselves. ​ Youth external service includes : Individual meetings for the child and/or their mother, Active listening and psychosocial intervention, A personalized intervention plan based on the needs of the child, With the mother's consent, collaboration with school staff or teachers at the child's school, Preparation for supervised visits, Etc. The frequency of meetings and the location where they take place are determined jointly by the mother and the youth worker. Aujourd'hui, en tant que Coordonnatrice à la souscription au FONDS de solidarité de la FTQ, elle poursuit sa quête de nouveaux défis avec détermination. Vice-Présidente Laura Dauphin Laura détient un diplôme en génie chimique ainsi qu'une maîtrise en environnement de la Polytechnique de Montréal. Dans le cadre de sa profession, elle a pu développer un grand nombre de compétences techniques en plus de démontrer une implication stratégique assurant la bonne exécution de ses projets d'ingénierie spécialisée. Sa proactivité, son esprit d'initiative et son leadership lui ont permis de compléter avec succès les mandats qu'on lui a confié. Sa mère s’est impliquée dans le Conseil d’administration du Parados pendant 6 ans, et c'est avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme que Laura s'y est jointe à son tour en 2020. Trésorière Marie-Andrée Provençal Marie-Andrée, CPA et experte en finance d’entreprise, cumule plus de 17 ans d’expérience dans le secteur de la construction. Actuellement, elle occupe le poste de directrice, gouvernance et stratégie chez Pomerleau. Elle est reconnue pour son influence, ses excellentes compétences en communication, sa rigueur et sa capacité à mener différents projets et initiatives de front. Elle s'engage pleinement à apporter une contribution significative en exerçant un leadership positif et durable pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques et opérationnels. Depuis juin 2019, elle occupe le poste de trésorière au Parados. Secrétaire Caroline Morin Caroline œuvre dans le domaine des services financiers depuis 2013. Elle a obtenu son B.A.A. Profil Finance aux HEC en 2013 et son titre de Planificatrice financière en 2015. Elle gère de façon autonome sa propre clientèle dans un cabinet à Lachine. Elle s’occupe également d'administrer le programme de REER du Parados depuis 2014, donc elle est familière avec la mission de l’organisme depuis ce temps. Sa mère s’est impliquée dans le Conseil d’administration du Parados pendant 6 ans, et c'est avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme que Caroline s'y est jointe à son tour en 2019. Administratrice France Brisebois France est détentrice d’un baccalauréat en droit et d’un diplôme en droit notarial, ainsi que d’un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, option affaires immobilières. Elle exerce depuis douze ans la profession de notaire. Elle a également à son actif de nombreuses années d’expérience diversifiée dans le domaine de l’évaluation immobilière municipale, notamment pour avoir occupé les postes de gestionnaire cadre et d’évaluateur immobilier au Service de l’évaluation de la Communauté urbaine de Montréal (maintenant Ville de Montréal). Administratrice Lory Roberge Lory, élue au conseil en juin 2023, se distingue par son engagement dans le domaine philanthropique. Avant d'occuper son poste actuel de coordonnatrice de projets, numériques et imprimés à la Fondation Sainte-Justine, elle a contribué en tant que conseillère aux campagnes annuelles chez Leucan. Administratrice Fannie Doyon Fanny détient un baccalauréat en études cinématographiques, et est passionnée par les arts, la mode et les communications. Son dynamisme et sa capacité d’adaptation lui permettent de briller en communication, publicité et événementiel. Engagée pour les droits des femmes, elle a créé un blog et lancé Les Petites Manches pour promouvoir la visibilité des femmes et collecter des fonds pour les femmes sans-abri. Actuellement chef d’équipe en marketing chez Quebecor, elle utilise son réseau médiatique pour accroître la visibilité de ses clients et aspire à sensibiliser et aider les femmes victimes de violence conjugale. Administratrice Krystina Abboud Krystina est présidente et fondatrice de Squalls, consultante en marketing spécialisée en stratégie et pratiques ESG, et conférencière. Elle possède des compétences solides en planification stratégique, gestion de projets et responsabilité sociale des entreprises. Impliquée dans l’entrepreneuriat féminin, elle est présidente de la région Montréal-Ouest du Réseau des Femmes d’Affaires du Québec (RFAQ) et ambassadrice du Prix Femme d’Affaires du Québec (PFAQ). D’origine libanaise, elle défend activement les droits des femmes, soutient la mission du Parados et utilise son expertise en marketing pour promouvoir et lever des fonds pour des causes féminines.
